Fitness and Personal Training

The 1,000 sq ft Fitness Center has state of the art Cybex equipment and cardio machines with their own individual television sets. Personal Trainers will be in the Fitness Area to help instruct each member how to use the equipment and find the right weight levels for your specific goals.

Personal Training
Experienced Personal Trainers are available to improve your current level of fitness, focus on health benefits of exercise, or to improve your sports performance. The Personal Trainers provide leading training practices to exercisers of all abilities and individual or group sessions are available on a daily basis.

Yoga
Yoga complements many other exercise disciplines and sports and helps increase your “core” strength. We will be offering different yoga classes, for all ability levels on a rotating basis. Meditative, Yin, Asthanga Style and Vinyasa are few types that will be offered.
